Urban Munchkin does not collect, mine, or maintain any information about how you as an individual use our website nor do we share or offer this information to other companies. We do not rent or exchange email addresses or telephone numbers, and we have no plans to do so in the future.
In order to serve our customers best - we maintain contact information exclusively for our own records only so that we can contact you. While we may use this information to periodically notify you about new services or special offers, you obviously have the right to unsubscribe at any time. We always strive to make your online shopping experience an enjoyable one. To shop online, please click the “SHOP” button and then search by category and sub-category. Please browse our organic inventory, click on any specific item to see available sizes and colors. Once you have selected your item, click the “ADD” button to add the selected item(s) to your shoppingbag. Once you have added everything to your bag, scroll down & enter any special codes/discount coupon you may have. When you are done shopping, please click the “CHECKOUT” butoon to proceed. Finally, please choose the desired shipping option; enter your shipping and billing information; along with the selected payment method.

Our goal is to ship your chosen products as quickly as humanly possible. Orders placed Monday thru Friday will normally ship within 2-3 business days of order being placed. Purchases made Friday after 4:00pm MST, Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays will normally be processed the next business day. If any delays should occur, we will contact you by email or phone. All purchases are shipped out of the “Mile High City” – beautiful Denver, Colorado.

Urban Munchkin takes great pride in our products and are devoted in offering both the highest quality merchandise and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will exchange your purchase or give you a store credit (shipping costs are excluded) within 30 days of purchase. In order to process a return or exchange, all Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

In the unlikely event that you need to either exchange or return anything, please e-mail your exchange/return request to returns@urbanmunchkin.com. Please let us know if you would like to exchange your merchandise or receive store credit. If you would like an exchange, please let us know what item you would like to exchange it for. Be sure to include your name, shipping address, and phone number in the e-mail. Please also include the reason for exchange. Our goal is to constantly improve and therefore would love to know how we can better serve you.
Returns/exchanges must be processed within 30 days of purchase
Make sure to include a copy of the original invoice (if you received this as a gift, please let us know the name of the person who purchased the gift)

While it is our goal to provide you with a flexible policy, unfortunately some sale items (listed below) are not eligible to be returned:
• Items discounted for final sale
• Items purchased from one of our retail locations
• Items that have been washed or altered in any way

We encourage you to send all returns via UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for items that are shipped to the wrong address nor damaged via shipping companies

Orders shipped within the state of Colorado will be subject to sales tax .Orders shipped outside Colorado are not subject to sales tax.

 

urban munchkin gift certificates | back to top

Urban Munchkin offers gift certificates that can be purchased in any increment of $25. Gift Certificates remain valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Once we process your gift certificate order, it will be emailed out to the emai address you provided. In the event that the full amount is not used, a store credit will be issued for the remainder.
